In 2017 Healing the Children Northeast initiated a Medical Career Scholarship to give back to our local community.  This scholarship helps those who plan to pursue a career in the medical field – from medical technologist, certified surgical technician, nursing, or physician

This year we selected three students who are furthering their education in Nursing.  Each has been awarded $500.00 to help with their education.  These are their names and the schools where they will enter the nursing programs:

William Stanton – Western Connecticut State University
Emily Thompson – Southern Connecticut State University
Alessandra Prontelli – University of Tampa Florida
